Absolutely. We understand that large corporations require PO numbers to process payments. Our system allows us to attach your specific PO number to every invoice. For repairs exceeding your initial PO limit (due to hidden damage), we have a specific "Stop-Work" protocol to obtain a revised PO before continuing.

If we discover damage that exceeds your pre-approved "Fast-Track" limit, we immediately STOP work. We will send you a detailed supplement estimate and photos. We will not resume repairs or bill you for the additional amount until we receive your written approval or an updated Purchase Order.

For common fleet damages—like bumper covers, mirrors, or door handles—we can order and paint the new parts before you drop off the vehicle. Once the parts are ready, we schedule a "pit stop" appointment to swap the parts, often returning the vehicle to you the same day.

Yes. Innov8 Paint & Body provides a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty on all repairs for as long as your company owns the vehicle. This covers paint defects, fitment issues, and assembly quality. (Note: Parts are subject to their respective manufacturer's warranty).
