How does my business qualify for Net 30 billing terms?

Accepted Answer

To activate Net 30 terms, your business must complete our Commercial Account Application, which includes a signed Master Services Agreement and a valid credit card on file for security. Once approved, we will invoice your Accounts Payable department directly upon completion of repairs, eliminating the need for drivers to pay at the counter.

Do you offer pickup and delivery for fleet vehicles?

Yes. We offer complimentary pickup and drop-off service for fleet vehicles located within Pueblo and Pueblo West. We can coordinate directly with your drivers or fleet manager to transport vehicles during business hours, ensuring your staff stays focused on their work, not logistics.

What are your labor rates for commercial accounts?

We offer locked-in wholesale labor rates for body refinish, mechanical, frame, and aluminum repairs. All of your company vehicles receive this special rate!

Absolutely. We understand that large corporations require PO numbers to process payments. Our system allows us to attach your specific PO number to every invoice. For repairs exceeding your initial PO limit (due to hidden damage), we have a specific "Stop-Work" protocol to obtain a revised PO before continuing.

What happens if you find hidden damage on one of our fleet vehicles?

Accepted Answer

If we discover damage that exceeds your pre-approved "Fast-Track" limit, we immediately STOP work. We will send you a detailed supplement estimate and photos. We will not resume repairs or bill you for the additional amount until we receive your written approval or an updated Purchase Order.

Question 7

How does your "Pre-Painted Parts" strategy work in the Commercial Fleet Program?

Accepted Answer

For common fleet damages—like bumper covers, mirrors, or door handles—we can order and paint the new parts before you drop off the vehicle. Once the parts are ready, we schedule a "pit stop" appointment to swap the parts, often returning the vehicle to you the same day.
